Raceface bottom bracket standard

So their standard is called TaperLock. If I was lucky enough to find a Raceface BB, would it be a 107mm axle length id need? Thanks for the link, looks like 107 or 110

No, the bottom bracket branding is called TaperLock, nothing to do with the taper.

I'd leave as is, I run mine a few mm, some.are 2mm or so from the stays, depending on stay shape of course.
5mm is loads.

(other than to make it look symmetrical, assuming stays are symmetrical at that point).

I appreciate the advice and being as they’re torqued up I’ll leave them alone. Thanks very much for the help and have a great new year

Had the same problem on my bike and sorted adding/taking out spacers from the BB untill the cranks sat even sided on cstays. 107mm BB. Why make it wider?

It’s my ocd, I’d have preferred an 8mm gap at each side which it looks like a 110 mm BB would would give me. I’m sure it will be fine as fluffy chicken has pointed out it just looks uneven to me so for the cost of a BB I may as well satisfy my OCD lol

You have enough thread hanging out the NDS, that a spacer on the DS will even it out and hide that thread too.

I might be having a blonde moment but won’t a spacer on the drive side increase the gap there and reduce the gap further on the non drive side?
I like the 8 mm gap on the drive side it’s the 5 mm gap on the non drive side that upsets my eye lol

I’m happy now, OCD satisfied. Tange 110mm Bottom Bracket, (110.5) gives me near as makes no difference equal chainstay gaps each side. I know it probably didn’t matter but this looks better to me.
