Race Face Isis

I have a Deus Isis crank that I need to extract.I dont have the Isis tool but I do have a crank extractor for tapered b/bs.Is there a way I can modify that or do I definitely need the Isis?Im reluctant to buy one as Im selling the cranks.

think if its using older bb tool i used to use a penny in the cranks to pull mine off bitd

I tried the coin but that started to bend,I reckon I`ll just have to take it to the lbs.

i know when i did mine it was well bent lol but worth a try before the lbs

With the coin it did destroy it and make a funny shape.

Even eventually I got the bit you need with my new bottom bracket (it comes with the Race Face signature series)


You can probably buy them for not a lot from ebay. You could also find a bolt about the right size.
