I came across a guy over the weekend that has brand NEW 1999 and 2000 FS Psycyle Werks frames that were left overs from when the maker stopped making and shut the shop down.
The frames come with the FOX Vanilla rear shock and have never been set-up.

1. Should I use one as a base for a building project?
2. How does is compare to today's standards in regards to strength, form and cost?
3. Should I buy a bunch of them and save them for a rainy day or resell
