Where did you get the white Jagwires from ? They would look sweet on my Kili.

White cables (complete kits) purchased on ebay. The tyres are certainly not mud specific but do the job on hard pack. I was looking for something light weight w/ low rolling resistance. These are 310 grams each.

The traction was a bit of a joke to do with trauma (I'll get my coat).
I think you've done a fine job, a very nice build, nowt wrong wi tyres

It's good to have a sense of humour/imagination and break the mould, I'm sure plenty will scoff and moan but it's your bike and not following the 'rules' sometimes is fun

Fun build. Much better than some of the humourless "it's totally original even down to the no name BB they cut costs on instead of a UN72" builds!

You have really nudged me to paint up my battered Alu Cindercone (1999ish) into the CinderCan I call it.....or maybe Ashcan?
