Proflex brake/ gear ferrules

What is suitable to use for the brake and frame ferrules.

Can I run continuous outer cable through swingarm or is this unadvisable.

Could I use this sort of thing for the brake cables?

I have a 753. All of the cable stops on the frame use ordinary ferrules.

It only has one special (stepped) ferrule; on the swingarm for the bell crank lever on the rear brake. The OD of the small end is 4mm.

theres 4 on frame and 2 on swingarm.

pic is too small to make out but they look like regular step down ferrules that Yeti and Alpinestars use

could be wrong as I've never owned a Proflex
