Probably obvious tyre question

This is probably really obvious. I have just purchased some Weinmann LP18 rims. Tech info:
27" x 1.0in.
Safety line
32 holes
Presta valve hole
ETRTO 630x14
Aluminum alloy 6061-T6
Clincher
Silver finish

My dumb question is; Can I run 27 x 1 1/4" tyres on these, or will I need 27 x 1" ? Get away with 27 1 1/8" ?
And if 27 x 1" only, any idea where to get some in the UK?

27 x 1 1/4 will run fine on there as will 1 1/8 pretty much the same as running 700 x 35 or 32 on a 700 x 25 rim
