According to hilary stone "All freewheels are English/Italian threaded unless stated otherwise – English and Italian freewheel threads are to all intents and purposes interchangeable." This one is not marked but I assume its English.
Its not French thread which is the problem one and fits on all my wheels with screw on hubs Campag, mavic or whatever.
