Powder coaters in London?

Just been quoted £185 by Armourtex in Hackney for single-colour powder-coating my Clockwork frame - not even forks. That's too much!! They did exactly the same frame a couple of years ago for £85 which seemed about right but they've been taken over since (by some spivs obviously).

Where do people get their frames powder-coated in London at reasonable rates?
