All too familiar with covid. I am 2 refunds into 4 for my cancelled holiday in April and have had to invoke section 75 on all because all 4 providers have failed to refund. although one of the airlines has, the vendor (kiwi.com) will not give me the money and say that (which is a lie) I agreed to a voucher.
This situation though when they have sold loads is odd, unless they are propping up the rest of the business and haven’t ordered. Of course they may have sold stuff they just don’t have (no one has new stock as it all sold) and are going to ship the customers next seasons bikes when they arrive.
