Great postal event of the year - hoods, Campag quill pedals ( Gran Sport in good nick and smooth bearings with no play) Cinelli quill (thanks velocipede) and in addition - the best thing of all...
Ignore the awful laces (already in the bin) Vittoria Competition and in much better condition than they look (already much improved by saddle soap and now stuffed with newspaper before they get the leather cream treatment on the way to a spot of black polish).

And now, cleaned and polished with improved laces...
These look like the shoes that the Vitorria "1976" replicas are based on but must be later as they are set up with Look Delta cleats. No good for events that specify non-clipless pedals but I think a block cleat should fit too - I'll just need to get over my conviction that they are lethal!
