Loving that, just looks really right for some reason. what sort of riding were you doing on it?

My Whishart that I've just finished building.

Fillet brazed in Vancouver to my own design. Just waiting for the decals to arrive.

Very nice walleater, any details on geometry spec that you went for? Interesting that you went for fillet brazed as well.

Very nice indeed. I also like the look of your shed or is that your workshop? Care to share any more pics?

Thanks. I've always wanted a fillet brazed frame since seeing an Overburys advert in MBUK circa 1988! It's taken a while for it to happen though

A buddy took a frame building course a few years ago and has been building frames as a semi-hobby since. Most have been road frames but he built himself an MTB frame which gained my interest and he agreed to make me a frame to my specs.

This is the geometry that I went for (650B wheels):

Re:

this was my old rig, its about '03 here i think. the 2001 norco 250 went through many builds, all with big forks as i couldnt afford a jelly bike (i was about 16) Z1s, xvert carbons, monster T's, boxxers, and eventually 888s in '04. all with 24" doublewides and 3"gazzaz. it was the biggest mongrel of a bike but i loved it and rode it for years. did some big stuff on it too! its currently hanging on the shed wall, it was my first decent bike so it definitely a keeper.

a few years later riding a banshee morphine. riding in vans slippers was not smart, broke both feet about an hour after this photo was taken. haha!

Re:

Love that Morphine. I have big fork just hanging around for tough frame like that.

Finished my 2000 Reaper today. Freeride hardtails forever
