please enter the Mountain Cycle room......

I do like the way the CXS rides, plush is the word I think. I am also on the two FB pages for Mountain Cycle and think I have seen you there too?
Yes, I try to stay active on the FB MC groups. Right now I am working with a guy in Switzerland who is restoring a first gen. He needs early rotors. I am sending him a NOS early rotor. I have been looking for a NOS rear for him, but so far I am striking out.
There are some good people in the groups.
I believe we all have to look out for each other. Parts for these are not so easy to find.

I was surprised to read that the Tremor was such a disappointment from Robert’s perspective.
Personally I kind of like them. That’s why I picked one up when I found one.
Also has a bit of a laid back seat tube.

I will post my Tremor on here in a while, work is getting in the way again. I had two of those frames one is very good and I still have it the other had been repaired on the seat mast. That went to Holland and I lost track of it then.

Good evening all. Just joined Retrobike this evening and stumbled across this thread. Here is my shockwave 9.5. Only get ridden in summer nowadays. If its to new for this forum then I will happily delete it.

You don’t need to delete it, anything goes for this forum,

It looks awesome, I really like mountain cycle bikes, especially those.

I like the Stella artois on the suspension legs😂

I love the stance on dh bikes and I’m thinking of getting one in the near future

Awesome bike. Please do not delete.
Love it.
I am looking for a Shockwave MK1 now.
Also thinking about picking up Shockwave 9.5 I have found.
