A any123 Retrobike Rider Jan 25, 2014 #12 when i had this problem it turned out that the skewer was not done up tight enough and created a squeak. change the wheel and let us know what that does thanks andy

Click to expand... it's probably the tyre/tube/rim causing the yoyoing, it happens to a degree on all wheels. And they aren't balanced as there isn't enough mass or speed to make it an issue when actually riding.
