What determines quality though, sometimes the "best" tubing in a line is not the best for you or what your preferences in a ride are. In my case 1989 Tange Prestige Bridegestone MB-1 vs 1993 Bridgestone MB-3 with Ritchey Logic tubing. Although the Prestige was a fine subtle ride I prefered the liveliness of the thicker Logic tubing although the size and geometry numbers were identical.
