Why dont you take a look at Mass Watermark.I have been recently using this tool allows me to watermark,resize,add exif,optimize multiple photos simultaneously.Its not a free tool,it costs $30.I would say much better than the free alternatives.Here is the link to the website http://www.masswatermark.com/
