I know this is an old post, but do you still have that PY 10 C Frame. I just acquired one and need one of the rings that go at the end of each tube. One of mine is cracked.

Old thread I know but for future reference for this kind of thing I'd recommend HQ fibre repair near Norwich. 01603 713972. Amazing what they can do, I visited them with a friend a couple of years back who was getting the integrated seatpost on his Time fixed, the guy there has experience going back to boardman lotus
