So they may not be the best 753 frames ever made, but I think the quality is OK.
Value? I bought a beaten up but functional `Perthus' bike for the frame for £187.. Refinishing the frame to original spec is expensive though. To my mind a decent 753 Peugeot with a few scratches would be worth at least £250-£275..
