Perplexed: Which downhill bike builder am i thinking of?

There was a European frame builder, within the past decade, that made amazing, complex downhill bike frames. Similar to Brooklyn Machine Works downhill frames but much more intricate, more milling. I believe they had a unique gearing system around the bottom bracket. Any thoughts?

I was thinking about their old (Nucleon) frames, but couldn't remember the company.
