Does anyone have a scan of the exploded parts sheet of the above? I don't think the standard re-grease is going to be adequate this time! What size are the bearings other than size extra tiny? I have done this before but that was a long time ago! Anyone have more recent experience?

Thanks in advance...

I remember the very first time I tried to undo mine to regrease them that silly plastic bit stripped...

I ended up drilling a 1.5mm hole in the outer part and simply squirting in grease every few months (a la 'Greaseguard') - the old grease came out the other side by the spindle thread.

(you can see the hole in the last but one pic in my Orange below)

when you find out what size...

Can you post it on here? I have a pair in my toolbox, and most of the bearings are less than spherical.

Nice job on the polishing on the clockwork!

bearing balls are 3/32" and you need 60 per pedal

that's the exploded view of the m747 pedal but the m737 is just the same. i have the exploded view in front of me, just too lazy to scan it in.

Thanks people. Cheers Carsten. I have got it back together again. I got them second hand in 1991 I think. If only all parts lasted that well.
