Parkpre questions.........(frame number now added)

I am the proud owner of a Parkpre Comp Limited frame (not sure what year 1994 -7) does anyone know what size seat post these take? I think it must be below a 27mm but not sure exactly? Also can anyone tell me how to check the year of manufacture (Frame number F3090734)?

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Another super old thread with no replies .... the frame number suggests it was build in 1993, so a 1993 or 1994 bike.
