Painting Mag 21’s

I have a set of 1993 Mag 21 for sale but the paint finish is really scruffy. Has anyone painted them with cans? If so how did they come out? What was your method and what colour did you use?

You'll need to key them well, and paint them immediately as they oxidise very quickly.

I didn't and the results were ruined within a few weeks. I'd also use a decent etch primer, which again, I didn't...

So, that's how NOT to do them!!
