Painting a frame, where?

Hey guys, in my search of a yo eddy frame I got a few people with offers. Some frames have good prices, but they need some attention and work on it. No cracks or dents, but just bad paint, and some have small rust in the seat tube and inside the bottom bracket tube.

Now I was wondering where I could get a frame painted. Any links? I have searched on google but can't find any good links wo provide me a good painter.

I guess the paint they used at the Fat factory is somewhat special? Special mixes etc.

I'm curious if some of you can help me with this.
 
i would say it depends on what paint job you want and where you are.

hydrographics, yorkshire?


usa,
joe bell paint finishing in california
spectrum powderworks, california i think

that said it also depends if it needs any welding/frame repairs, so do both some only do paint.
 
Spectrum Powder is in Colorado (not CA).
