Ok, so the spares that I've been waiting for to finish the build have turned up so at long last I can start assembling once I've finished rebuilding the rear hub. It had a knackered axle bearing but I ended up fitting a complete bearing kit during which I managed to lose one of the freehub pawl springs so ordered a new pawl kit too, d'oh!
New brake hose, pawl spring kit, rotor bolts, drive side QR adapter & Hope Race Matchmaker clamps
New bearings, pawls & springs fitted to freehub
New bearings installed in hub body

Ok so the RC300 has just gone to a new home and I'm happy to report that after meeting the new owner I think it will be loved and ridden
But that's not the end of Pace RC300 ownership for me, introducing my new RC300

I rode my 300 last weekend for its annual ride! Now back hanging in my workshop until next year. Never seen a red one, when I bought mine all they offered was silver but mine is an early one.

Ps don't leave it in the sun, I had a red F3 20 years ago which faded to pink. I ended up getting Argos to respray it white in 1998. I think I've seen it on here since.
