Another of my retro trials builds, another dream bike as a child took a bit to find and isn't built as I'm waiting on hubs, skewers, seat post clamp and a spider but most bits are good to go on soon. Its taken some sanding and polishing but chuffed with how its looking mocked up with the 30's not the 30t's i now have

Your not kidding. Still a bit to be done to finish it but I’ve been itching to see it together. Got the headset in and forks on now the correct RC30T but got to cut the steerer and get a head doctor or something not sure which to go with. I can not wait to ride this weapon.

What year was that? As I don't remember much about Chris akrigg from back then obviously remember the name and know of it now.

I was thinking that maybe it was late 2000-2001 which is when I stopped riding trials

Wonder if he was still sponsored by Airevalley cycles back then? I did work experience there around 1994 and Chris was one of the mechanics. They stocked Pace as well as most of the other boutique bikes of the time. Had close relations with Pace and Orange from memory.
