This is a relatively old thread now and if i'm not mistaken the seller went on to sell the Pace on eBay for around £850. I don't think he'll be repsonding here.

Can't say I blame him either. He got a pretty rough ride when the best thing would just have been to make him some offers below the asking price to see where that went. It's not his fault nobody bid against him....
