They look like a standard pair of rc130's to me. Those caps aren't welded on.
There was never a Ti version just an rc sub-130 that was 129g and a fractionally heavier model that was the plain rc130 at approx 135g from memory
They are stupidly light but they ain't Ti.
Pace made very little in Ti. From memory only ever for forks - the Rc35 stage 2 kit, the almost mythical Ti Rc30 rigid fork prototypes with Merlin and the Type R RC31's.
