Thanks. Current problem is I can't find the seat clamp bolt :facepalm:

Will have it somewhere, but where? Are they standard in case I need to buy one?

Also roller cams. Are the easy to set up. Is there a guide on here at all?

People say that they're really hard to set up, but I've never had any problems (which makes me wonder if I'm doing it right). There is a guide on here, taken from a scan of a Suntour brochure - http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=87161 I hope that helps.
