I picked this up locally a few weeks ago. I’ve been after a prestige for awhile and it was a short distance away.
I’ve got a grey Aluminium O and I like this colour on Orange bikes. I didn’t realise that the grey ritchey logic prestige has a cult status in the Orange community based on the MBUK article.
The bike has seen some action. Patina in full effect but I don’t mind that. I like history and means I won’t be afraid to ride it. No dents or cracks.
The Suntour XC Como group set is surprisingly clean.
My plans? Nothing radical, just returning it to more like it was back in the day. XC comp Mavic 231cd wheelset, Orange saddle, stalk stem, hot rod bars, original panaracers.,
