Orange Ms isle identification

So was walking past a local junk shop and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a Msisle frame sat there! Now I have had a few Msisles but this one has a very different top/brace plate that connects the seat stays to the seat tube I haven’t seen before? Is this an early one as it has rim brake bosses

Av always liked the industrial look mind you I do like most chunky oranges

Did you ever find out about this? The brace's certainly do look different. If you phone Orange and give them the serial number off the bottom bracket they *might* be able to give you some history.
