?Orange Clockwork frame and forks

It is a clockwork. Belonged to my mate. He took it into longstaffs to have it resprayed. Went back in 6 weeks later to find out why he hadn't been contacted and they said it wasn't finished. He tried again 6 weeks later to be told the bike had been lost. He died in a car crash 2 months later and the frame was forgotten about till I saw it show up on ebay from longstaffs. Called Longstaffs and explained and they said that they were perfectly in their rights to sell the frame as the bill hadn't been paid for the respray but I know it was paid when he took it in originally. His parents had the receipt for it in a box of mags that were thrown away last year. Shame really.

Oh and looking at it. It's not even done how he wanted it. There's too much white

wow, that's such a bummer. have dealt with longstaff through the trade before, they were very hard to deal with and extremely hard to extract payment from after invoicing. wouldn't do work for them again. numpties and by the sounds of it wanky numpties at that. and you're right it isn't the best clockwork style paint, i wouldn't have been happy with it.
