Good news, Glad because its a beautiful bike, plus I prefer bikes with rigid forks personally. Am building up a 1992 Orange Clockwork. And yes it don't come cheap building bikes up! and the less hiccups all the better! Good luck look forward to seeing it finished!

I may single speed mine now and use v brakes. Will be selling the xt brakes etc

No I wont lol. Xt brake problem sorted and set up the gears with no problems today. Just swapped the front mech for an older model. JUst wait for my forks to be done and then finish it off and go for a test ride

I've now got replacement forks due to breaking the brake boss. P7 threadless in mint condition. I'll try post a picture.

I'm happy with these. I got to get an ahead headset and diferent stem. Probably leave it until new year.
