I've been after a set of Funk rigid forks for a while now and even cheeky suggested that I'd take Drewson's back in 2012.

However, I think a 148mm steerer might be too short for my frame. I've just measured up and the head tube is 125mm and the stack height of a Chris King 2nut is 40mm. :x

Swede, it depends on the stem you fit a zooka is pretty good as it clamps further down the steerer than many and is quite low height. Otherwise there are after market extenders and lower stack headset - although king is the nuts, so I wouldnt want to change that one personally, a king is for life not just for xmas.

I think a headset with a shorter stack height is really the only option. I looked at the CK's as I'm using a Mavic 317 at the moment and that's tall!
