Pretty clean example. No chain slap, dents, nasty gauges, cracks.
Decals are solid however on one-side the downtube decal is odd - I weirdly like this but I'm sure it'll effect someones ocd real bad. Easy enough to obtain another.
Taped in the right places though very, very light cable rub on right hand side of the headtube. Only noticeable upon close inspection and the only thing really worth pointing out.
