Well I bought a nice set of Maverick SC32's with the 29er conversion and front wheel to add to the fatty. Took it out last night for the first time and it's transformed an already brilliant bike to something truly amazing...Absolutely love it!!

Looks good. Are they bolt through? How did you convert the wheel if they are? Look like 20mm ones from here.

It's the Maverick Hub laced to a trialtech 50mm rim which i bought with the forks, he threw in a hope adaptor so I can build another wheel up, yeah they're 20mm.

Cool. I bet it rides fab. I keep thinking about some for my Fatty. Spent too much on it though. Ahem.

I can completely recomend them, I was seriously considering the sandman fork but they cost nearly what I paid for the bike (even though the mrs said I could) I couldn't bring myself to risk it. So bought these off here for a cracking price and it's the best thing I've done (well only modification at all). Really helps keep up with the full sus boys on the bigger drops/roots etc. The handling is hardly changed so feels no different in the corners.

They're not 20mm!!! They are 24mm iirc Only Maverick, Chris King and someone else I can't remember off the top of my head make hubs for them. Bloody awesome forks, I love mine...

They are amazing forks, wasn't sure how they would feel but they have improved my riding already, I don't have to quite as picky about my lines now they certainly help with my skills gap ;-)
