That certainly is a big one . I would love something like it (especially if it could transport the missus in the front). But realistically, I could see that happening a couple of times before she took against it. A normal bike and trailer is probably more practical for me.

On occasion when the family is lazy, my wife will sit up front in the box and I'll throw the Thule trailer on the back and pull kids. The motor (cargo line) can handle it. Though, the bike then has the turn radius of Texas which is another story.

I agree! My fitness is probably dropping due to being 60(!) now but e-bike is fun, will be keeping my Mountain Cycle collection but using them on Sunny days and Sundays....

That depends on the rated watt hours, volts and charger type. All that goes out the window in the winter too! Good times!

I'm almost 70 years old. I can hop on my Ebike and ride 30+ miles in 95* humid weather without any problems. I can also ride around or outrun forming storms. I was neglecting my pedal bike until I blew up the Ebike testing some upgrades. Got back on the pedal bike and really liked it for 20 mile rides. That will probably change when summer gets here. I do pedal more than I used to after riding the pedal bike. Just shift up one gear and ride faster for more exercise.

I can barely remember to charge my lights, phone or earphones so knowing me I'd never get any use out of an e-bike, as I'd wake up, try to turn it on and it'd be horribly low battery so I won't be able to use the highest boost setting to get the full electric moped experience.
