Just been and had a 4 hr session round the olympic mtb course. All I can say is they made it look a walk in the park. Some pretty hairy stuff and lots of rocks the have a bad crash on. They are not opening it to the public till autum next year, but there are limited guided tours, If you get the chance go for it!!
