Older Raleigh road i.d.

Hi there. Hoping someone can help me identify an older barn find. It is a dark red Raleigh road bike with lighter red lettering and possibly gold in there as well with the following components:

Suntour Honor rear D (1976)?
Compe V front D
Weinnman 730 Calipers with Weinnman levers
SR power shifters
Silstar cranks
20/30 tubing

There is a "Made in Canada" decal at bottom of seat tube. I cannot seem to post pics. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Raleigh were run by accountants and they numbered and counted everything everything they could !

Is there a frame number? Bottom bracket, rear dropout, on the seat tube under the saddle ..

The R in the Number is Canada, the M is September, the 3 is either 1973 or 1983.

the 06379 is the individual frame ID number.

Added above with edit. From what I can determine this rear D is 1976?
