100% correct there! Nice seat cluster. partially lugged and fillet brazed frame. Interesting stem too! Not just a one piece bullmoose, but early threadless pinch clamp to boot. Pretty much what people do now with old threaded headsets - put a column converter in and then fit a modern threadless stem. 6 speed XT too...
