I should have clarified better in my first post that the chrome on the fork cannot be saved. The frame and fork are being painted right now. It will retain the chrome head tube lugs though. I'll begin building it up soon as I get it back, but it won't have any decals applied unless I can identify it. The bike is at a shop outside Madison Wisconsin called Yellow Jersey. It's probably one of the best bike stores in the US for vintage bikes,parts,restorations and knowledge.
