Old dog. Orange? Herts.

Poor old thing, but 1 1/4" by the looks of it steerer piques interest. Orange? Fairly skinny rear stays. Hope etc stickers on it. What's the stem though - has a slanted top to it and distinctive look from the front? Steel forks...most of it looks low rent but you never know as I'm no Orange ally expert at all.

I had a similar stem on a no name ali estay frame from Heffs around 1991/92 or so. They also did a non estay version which this might be ?. My stem also broke on the cable noodle.. Doesnt look like either of my Orange Ali O's but I'm no expert either.
