Toads can be sold for about £150 plus shipping to the UK and my address.
But you may get a lot more in Germany if the noise around a recent sale was anything to gauge interest by.
In Canada they're more common and you'd want to get some better more detailed pictures and hit the Canadian Bike Facebook group (I think they may have had a forum at one point, but maybe I just think they should have)

It has everything a turn of the 90s bike should have.
A flex stem

Switchblade style forks.
Hightrite direct mounting point. (aka dropper in the modern world)
Rear U-Brake
Built in Mt Zefal pump storage
....
I think it is more a 1989 bike, that is a fillet brazed bike by Derek Bailey at Rocky Mountain (at the time)
You can get quite some pennies/cents for it
