Selling for a friend who has decided to give up riding a bike now he has reached 75 years of age!!
It is a 51cm (20.5") Ilkeston Raleigh , built at Special Products Division in 1998 (one of the last to be built). It is in very good condition (pictures here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/dkmikesbikes) and is sprayed metallic blue. It has full Dura Ace 9-speed groupset with CXP30 rims, shod with new Continental GP300 tyres. The bars and stem are ITM and are covered with new cork ribbon to match the frame. The saddle is a Rolls, in good condition. This would make an ideal first racing bike for a youngster, without spending a fortune on a carbon ten speed, only to find 6 months later that they don't like bike racing. Looking for offers around £420. Could possibly deliver for petrol costs, or pickup welcome. I am in Lincoln, but will be at a cycle jumble in Redditch on Saturday, so could deliver to the Birmngham area. Any questions, PM me.
