However, I suspect the Koga would be the nicest to ride.

Mind you, I'm merely speaking from experience of owing Koga Miyatas. The frames are very well made and the overall balance and cadence of them is first class.

Amazing how similar they look.

A real credit to both owners.

Koga are a bit boring to ride, they do wat you want them to do 😉
The Batavus is real comfortabele with the 38 mm tires and the frame has some nice flex. Not suitable for loaded hauls but perfect with a frontbag and a brevet
 
Quite bizarre to see about 100 examples of Jack Taylor decals and water bottles and other paraphernalia and absolutely NO Jack Taylor bikes on eBay at the moment. Made me laugh!
