NOS tyres

Top draw Spud.

In my kitchen you could also smell the fear!

Lol I must confess my ring was twitching like a badgers nose, would ‘t hesitate to do it again

To prove it wasn’t a fluke last time around and to bump this very neat trick of Regan’s, here’s a NOS pair of TIOGA Psycho II getting the treatment….. 10 minuets at 100 degrees… and Bob’s your Mothers Brother…. I thought I may as well try a little video of the magic happening whilst Mrs Peachy’s brand new oven with clear door has that slight odd/new machinery smell about it… also as the new gaff has an Aga she never uses it anyway!

NB please excuse the wobbly video, the autofocus on my phone was struggling with the double layer of glass….

I'm still in awe of this  literally the best idea ever pitched on here.

Considerably better than the 1/2 a bleach bottle mudguard

Still waiting for someone to fall asleep in the chair while cooking them  Scrap one oven.

Oh trust me you can smell them slowly cooking

Tbh it’s a warm heat rather than a crispy baking hot heat - but even so there is still a certain je ne sais quoi (of warm rubber) that gently waffs though out the kitchen

Re:

That is a very cool top tip indeed!

Now all I need is the secret to regenerate the rubber on all the part worn retro tyres I have

Cheers for the comments lads.... if you haven’t already tried this, you need to give it a go, the possibility of getting caught adds a certain frisson to the event

And just when you think you’ve got away and all is good, the next time the oven is warmed up there’s a very subtle but noticeable smell of rubber.... the key to getting away with it, is not letting on at all as to what you did as cooking tyres is just so bizarre the other half didn’t even think about connecting the dots

Almost forgot....
Don't forget your 303 Aerospace UV Protectant to save your little darlings from Mr Sun and his nasty UV rays.......(works as a nice dressing as well)
