First pic has the spider attached to the front of the crankset, the other has the same spider attached to the rear, to get the chainrings closer to the BB and frame... you were joking, right?

Before we get all pedant on each other.....i'm no expert, i've got a couple of sets i've never fitted to a bike yet and they are loose in the bottom of a big bag of swag that's destined for about 4 bikes... :roll:

similar situation here. got a set 3 month ago. standard spider, 175mm length but they seem to be rusty inside. they are sitting in a shoe box waiting for me to watch them once a month
some day i'll have a frame to fit these on...
