Three pinch flats means you are ramming through to the rim. So either more air pressure, tougher innertubes, ride better or convert to tubeless.
Or try snakeskin version as they have thicker/tougher wall and therefore have a different capacitive/spring setup on the tyre.

Thanks FluffyChicken....of all the options riding better would undoubtedly help....next time out I'll try more air...would be interested to know what would you recommend as a tough innertube

I have a mountain king on now with very high pressure. No issue as yet.
