Pssst, people, do t want to tell you this, but......

Those lugs aren't Europa lugs, they are a smooth arc instead of a stagger.

The other lug they came with was smooth but was less pointy (also had a different seat stays join).


Also, it's like a 4" frame with that headtube.

(And if I'm wrong, which is quite likely, it all looks removalble)

It's a mk2 Europa. Mk1 wrap over seat stays, fancier lugs and a yellow head tube. Mk3 was black head tube, 73 degrees parallel with 700s and side pulls.
