Not enough shed maybe
IF and its an all-in-the-solicitors-hands type large IF, I'll have a nice big airy open garden room to fix up, repair and make my own
Old Zoopla pics show it had a solar water heater on the roof, possibly for the (now derelict) plunge pool nearby, or a sauna or something that had a decent well insulated room.
Problem now is that it has a tree on top of it as well as the roof issues. Old pictures show a young eucalyptus in 2014, then a much larger tree gently resting on the roof in 2020 after being blown over at some point
2024 and that tree is still very much alive and blocking access to anything at the bottom of the garden
The house itself shouldnt need much work - I'll leave that to the other half so it will be my task to clear away a dog house, dog pens and lots of greenery that has been lft to go rampant (but got us the house cheap!)
