Newbie with a Falcon ....but what....

Could'nt find a introduce yourself thread so i think this is where i should be. Hello....
Not really a bike person, well not since i was old enough to drive, but i saw this today and had to have it, I mean, how could a bike look any cooler.....Trouble is i cant really find out anything about it online and dont even know how old it is to know if this is the right section for it. The frame says Falcon Cycles Ltd DN20. Front forks say gatecrasher and gears are twist grip shimano 6 speed. It has disc brakes and the LHS crank is missing and i have no idea where to get a new one.
So over to you bike experts to gen me up if you can... or point me in the direction of some information.

The single review didn't fill me with confidence!! And the 19kg weight isn't great for a supposed jump bike.

Do a Google Images search for CBR Gatecrasher or Falcon Gatecrasher and you'll get plenty of hits.

Oh, and I'd agree that the forks do look like they have been bent backwards a bit, this is backed up by the front wheel looking like a replacement (all the pictures I've seen of these bikes they have white rims front and back), I'd be very careful if I were you, I wouldn't use the forks at any rate.

Thanks for all your help, I was aware of the forks problem but wanted to check it wouldn't matter what i replaced them with. I am a bit old for jumping now and weight isn't really a problem so i think i will throw a set of forks and a new crank on it and just enjoy the looks on peoples faces as i poodle around the village on it :facepalm:

Its probably a spam bot having an identity crisis :? They leave these things running and i think after a while they gain a sort of AI .
