Wow, loving this site! I started mountain biking at 12, now 34 so this site is the Aladdin's cave of all those bikes I lusted after in my yoof!

I really love the old elevated Alpinestars and, of course, my first proper mountain bike - a 1990 Diamond Back Topanga.

Picked up my first retro bikes yesterday - a 1990 Dawes Galaxy Twin tandem, absolutely mint and an old Muddy fox Courier Comp because it was in his garage as well and I liked the cranks.

One day I will have an Alpinestars...

Hello there!

There is a Cro-Mega in the For Sale section at the moment. There are a few sniffing around it at the moment though.

There's been a bit of a 'glut' of them in the last couple of months on the site so I'm sure you'll find your new friend somewhere here.

a very warm welcome to the start of the end of your sanity/bank balance/room in your house/quality time with wife etc etc james......we are a really sound bunch, and have the best days out ever.......i would however run away whilst you have a choice.....if you do stay though put some pics of the tandem up.....
